Resources and Support: Help with everyday needs and life stressors, including referrals for food, clothing, hygiene, and recovery support.

Housing Navigation: We help people experiencing homelessness work toward housing: documents, applications, referrals, and support through each step.

Care Coordination: We connect clients with community partners for health, behavioral health, recovery, benefits, and other services.

Street Outreach: Our peer team meets neighbors where they are, in encampments, parks, and community spaces, with basic needs, resources, and a friendly face.

Community Events: We bring information tables and resources to community events across Sacramento.

Transitional living programs, then affordable tiny-home communities, as part of a path from homelessness to self-sufficiency. These are future plans we are working toward.
